The Sweet Lolita outfit I'm making for this year's AWA is going fantastic! I'm going to be Hime Loli (Princess Lolita) and many of my friends are going as other Lolitas. My dress is going to be completely pale pink (the obvious Sweet Lolita color) and white. I'm not so sure about the headdress, but since I'm steering more towards Hime Loli, I might as well wear a crown. I have one friend whose going as Country Lolita (her floral print is amazingly cute, it's pale yellow with white polka dots and red strawberries on it), and her headdress is so adorable! And we also have a Punk Lolita, a Goth Lolita, an Aristocratic Lolita, and hopefully, either an Alice in Wonderland Lolita, a Sailor Lolita or a Classic Lolita (she hasn't decided yet). We're all so excited!

This is my second or third time attempting at making an outfit from scratch, but it's really fun and rewarding to see the outcome. I think that it's most of my group's first time, though. *Sigh* It'll be a hard summer, but it's worth it. I bought the cutest Hello Kitty parasol to go with my outfit, (it's pale pink with clear Hello Kitty faces and hearts on it, and the rim is sewn with a white finish).

So, if you're going to AWA this year, watch out for a group of Lolitas! Well, there's probably going to be many Lolitas, but yeah. x_x;
